• Definitions:

Puppy Parent - The person who intends to and/or submits an Enquiry Form, pays the deposit, is placed on the waiting list and who takes full responsibility for the Dobermann Puppy, for the rest of that Puppies life, once paid for and collected from AustralisK9.

Puppy - AustralisK9 bred Dobermann Puppy

Dog Owner - The person who intends to and/or submits an Enquiry Form, pays the deposit, is placed on the waiting list and who takes full responsibility for the Dog, for the rest of that Dogs life, once payed for and collected from AustralisK9.

• To be placed on a Waiting List, complete an Enquiry Form and Pay a $500 deposit. Note: AustralisK9 Transaction details will be shared upon Enquire Form followup phone call, via email.

• Keep watch on AustralisK9 Website Litters Page, for when a pregnancy is confirmed.

• Puppy prices are displayed on the AustralisK9 Website Litters Page after each confirmed pregnancy. 

• Prices for Dogs will be displayed on the dogs advert 

• Upon receipt of Enquiry Form, AustralisK9 will conduct a phone interview. Where we will confirm the details submitted on the Enquiry Form, ask questions and we may ask for references in order to perform reference checks. We are asking these questions to assist us with placing the right puppy in the right forever home. Our Dobermann puppies and dogs are beautiful souls, as such, it is important to AustralisK9, to ensure Dobermanns we bred or trained do not end up in Council Pounds or Rescue Centres. 

• Upon successful interview, you will be emailed payment details for a deposit. Deposits are $500 to hold a place on the shortlist.

• When puppies are born, if you have paid a deposit, you will receive updates with photos and videos throughout the process until puppy pick up.

• At 6 weeks old, puppies are vet checked, immunised and microchipped.  Immunisation is a C3 (Canine Parvovirus, Infectious Canine Hepatitis, Canine Distemper). Note: if you do not want your puppy to receive a vaccine or microchip please contact us prior to submitting an Enquiry Form. For AustralisK9 to maintain Breeders Association with Dogs QLD all puppies must be immunised and microchipped. 

• Due to the nature of Dobermanns, our puppy selection policy is based on compatibility, not on first order basis. Each puppy is an individual and here at AustralisK9 we pride ourselves on delivering to you a suitable puppy for your home, life style and competition demands. 

• For security reasons we do not disclose our full address until the puppies are ready to be collected. And than only to the person who has submitted an Enquiry Form​. Our commitment is to placing the right puppy in the right forever home.

• When you have been allocated a puppy, the second deposit is payable. Second deposit is half of the remaining balance.

• If you have been successful in securing a puppy you will receive regular updates/videos/photos until pickup date at 8 weeks.

• Upon receipt of second deposit, you will receive your ‘Puppy Parent Planner’ which will include pickup/transport arrangements, feeding schedule details, etc.

• A Puppy Pack is issued with each puppy upon collection.

• The balance of payment is paid the week before picking up your pup.

• Cash payments available for approved Puppy Parent/ Dog Owners only. 

• Full payment must be received prior to AustralisK9 puppy/ dog leaving our possession. 

• Where pet transport or hand delivery is arranged, final payment must be cleared before the pup/ dog leaves our premises. 

• Any transport costs of the puppy/ dog are your responsibility. 

• Your registration papers will be posted to you as soon as available.

• ​If an AustralisK9 bred Dobermann dog develops a terminal hereditary problem within the first two years of life, AustralisK9 will do everything within our capacity to replace the puppy. Veterinary diagnosis and appropriate evidence/ medical records, autopsy findings/ records are required to make a claim. The claim with supporting evidence/ data/ records must be submitted prior to the dogs two year old birth date.    

• If you are unable to maintain or need to re-home your Dobermann latter in its life, due to unforeseen circumstances that include: death, sever illness, sever disability, moving internationally where you cannot continue to provide a suitable home for your Dobermann, AustralisK9 may assist in re-homing your Dobermann. 

• By submitting an Enquire Form, you're confirming that you have performed your due diligence on the Dobermann Breed, understand whats involved in owning a Dobermann and will take full responsibility for the Dobermann puppy and or dog purchased from AustralisK9 for the entirety of the dogs life.

• Credit card security is implemented using secure SSL encryption on all transactions and processed using a secure, trusted, PCI compliant payment gateway and used by AustralisK9 for payment processing.

• All fees and transactions are in Australian Dollars.
